Called Justin Family Dentist this morning to ask if I could bring my wife's bridge by for a smile repair, a repair so simple that a solution is available across the counter at Walgreens; but my wife preferred a professional dentist do it. Would they look at it? Nope, let's make an appointment for the future; and they send all of their bridge work out. If a problem is so simple that you can buy a temp fix at Walgreens, and they could not even look at it....why in the world do they call themselves professional enough for anyone to take their real dental issue to them. I definitely do not recommend Justin Family Dental. They did not even offer to help.

Dr. Nguyen is truly amazing. My mother who suffers from advanced Alzheimer's was having trouble keeping her top dentures from falling out. I called his office and explained that she was on Medicaid and had NO dental insurance. I asked if he would take a quick look to see if the dentures could be adjusted (for a minimal fee). He graciously agreed. My mother was very confused and anxious when we pulled up to the office and refused to go inside. I told the receptionist the situation and within a few minutes Dr. Nguyen was out in the parking lot examining her. He explained that the palate had softened tremendously from bacteria and that the dentures were fine. He then told me how to fix the problem. He also did not charge me a cent. We are lucky to have such a compassionate professional in the Justin community.
