The service is ok, not quite as cooperative as I would like. A few employees interrupt and talk over you when you try to explain things. Most employees are polite.
My biggest issue was yesterday when I went in for my final denture. When I set the appointment I was told they should be ready that afternoon. The time they offered was right at school pick up time so I said I could come after I picked him up. This woman actually asked me if he would be ok sitting in the car by himself!!! Uh NO! Kids die every year from left in hot cars! I am not willing to risk my kids for some stupid protocol, no matter how bad corona virus gets. I respect safety but there has to be a time when exceptions can be made for this rule!!
If I hadn't already paid for these, I would probably go somewhere else. I hope NO ONE leaves their kids in the car unattended because some office says only the patient can come inside.
