I have been with Juniata Dental for approximately 15 years and a loyal Dr. Guisbert patient. I have never had any issues and his work has held up very well throughout the years.

There was a period of time where I, unfortunately, did not keep up with routine cleanings, due to not having dental insurance. Even with all the right home behaviors, I have soft teeth and things happen.

I began having complications and needed to be seen. When I heard of Dr. Guisbert's retirement, I panicked. Do I stay and try the new dentist or do I look for another one? I struggle with change in the medical field because it can often take several years to know and trust a new doctor. After much debate and research, I decided to see Dr. Guisbert's replacement, Dr. Pannebaker.

Dr. Pannebaker's honesty immediately earned my trust. He was upfront from the beginning, laid out all of my options, and left the ball in my court to decide what was best for me. I decided to proceed with having three root canals. Yes, you read that right - three. His bedside manners are untouchable. He thoroughly explains the process and addresses any questions or concerns. Throughout the procedure, he is quick to tell you exactly what he is doing, what steps are next, and how much longer he will be.

Dr. Pannebaker not only saved my smile, he saved my continued trust in Juniata Dental Center.
