Very dissatisfied with their dental service. Poor quality dental care.

I will warn everyone I know, not to go here. See a different dentist unless you want to be conned into services you did not ask for. I wanted a tooth pulled and they set up an appointment that day, got me in and then charged me for a cleaning and told me that they couldn't do the work today and requested to set up another appointment to do the work. I was in pain today! They lied to me and charged me for a service I didn't ask for, which is extremely frustrating. I was very impressed with their level of skill in conning me.
I was treated as though I should just do as they say. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. I couldn't believe how much pain I experienced after my appointment. I was in agony for days that I know could've been avoided.

I had to wait a while after I arrived for my appointment. The staff didn't even keep me updated about how much longer it would be. I was hoping to get some sample toothbrushes or toothpaste after my appointment, but I didn't get anything. They told me a little advice about what I could do at home to prevent cavities, but not enough. I was hoping for more information. They seemed like they were using fairly modern treatment methods and procedures, but I'm not really sure. My teeth cleaning felt kind of rushed. I was hoping they would clean them a little better.
