Both father and son have a loving, caring, and gentle manner when working with their patients. As you walk into our authentic adobe built offices you will at once feel at home. A warm cozy fire will greet you in the winter and fragrant fresh flowers in the summer together with the smell of coffee and freshly baked cookies will make you feel at home and welcome. Our front office staff will be more than happy to provide you and your family with a tour of our office and introduce you to our team. We will strive to make the beginning your treatment as easy as possible; answering any and all of questions, contacting your insurance for you, and settling your financial arrangements in a way that is both comfortable and convenient. You will meet with our doctors in a one-on-one setting and together decide a treatment plan that is right for you. Haltom Orthodontics is proud to have a team of exceptionally talented and skillfully trained team members. All members of our clinical team attend yearly classes designed to teach the latest techniques in orthodontic treatment so that we can provide you with the best treatment possible. Each of our team members are CPR and OSHA certified. I am Dr Darren Haltom and own this practice with my father. I am writing in response to the previous review. My father and I treat every patient care and respect. My father has been in practice for 40 years and is in no way old and feeble, he is 70 years old and very healthy and active. He is considered one of the top orthodontists in the state and was appointed to be an examiner for the National Board of Orthodontics. We have 40 other reviews that we are very proud of, this one we are not. My father and I are are very upset about this review because we feel it is false and only meant to damage our reputation. When looking back at the case, neither I or my father would treat the young girl's teeth any differently if given the chance to do it again. Thank you.

Terrible, rude, rough with my daughter, hurt her a lot, no communication, had to go back twice in one day because he screwed up so bad her teeth were more crooked than before. I will never go back, we are getting her braces off early... wish I could sue.
