They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. However, I've gotten a run around with my claim, and all because Unity Dental's Front Office in very disorganized and and per my insurance, the claim they submitted and later had me call my insurance on because it was denied , is incomplete. When I informed Unity Dental of what my insurance had told they said they were going to look into it and I would hear back from them later that day. It's been a week and a half.
