Incompetent. I went to them for a new upper denture. 8 visits later they still could not get it right and I requested a refund which I did get but they were not happy about giving me. Dr. Dunning was obviously angry at my request. And you can be sure if you do go there that you will need a deep root cleaning at a cost of over $300.00. The hygienist reached into the trash to retrieve something she had dropped and did not change her gloves after doing so. I definitely had doubts about their qualifications. I have already warned everyone I know not to go here. See a different dentist unless you want a horrible experience.

Everything went well until it was time to get the bill paid. I am in the military so I use the dental program offered to me through Tricare. I had my cleaning pre-approved through my insurance with an ACN number. I went to my cleaning, gave the billing office my ACN and thought everythign was good. It has been 4 months now and my insurance company is still waiting on the dental readiness code so they can release the payments. So, I have DentalWorks wanting me to pay them $259 when all it takes is them submitting a dental readiness code on a form. Everything was great until this but it really makes me second guess going back to them.
