They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. They definitely care about patient comfort because they have the best waiting room chairs I've ever seen. I could have easily taken a quick nap while waiting for my appointment.
