This office has the absolute worst service I have ever experienced at a dental office. From the moment I tried to make an appointment up until the service I was kept waiting at the front desk for 15 minutes with people that passed me as if I was invisible. When I finally got someone to look into scheduling an appointment, they told that they did not have my name on the list for my insurance even though I had a card in hand showing that I was assigned to the office. I then got on the phone with my insurance who faxed over the eligibility details and after they verified that I was still made to wait another 15 minutes before anyone could even look into an appointment for me. With no apology they came back to tell me that they could not make an appointment because I missed an appointment in 2008 in a different office. Seriously? I have never been treated so poorly and I am glad this all happened before open enrollment. I would not recommend this office to anyone and if you value your time and appreciate good service, you should look elsewhere for service.
There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. I know that I can trust their motives, and they're not just looking to make money off me. I never have to worry about them pressuring me to get dental procedures I don't need. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. It's really important to me to have a comfortable chair to sit in during my dental procedure, and their chairs were very comfortable. It was nice to be able to be comfortable during my entire procedure. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say.
Premier Dental Partners is a SCAM. They will do the most expensive treatment without telling you or letting you choose from other options. They also LIE and tell you that something is covered and then say "Well, A lot of times the insurance companies dont cover that". I went in to have a few cavities filled and they used the tooth colered filling. I was not given an option between that or the silver filling. I was not told that there would be a price difference between the two. While they were prepping me they just said "We will go ahead and use the tooth colored filling if that is ok." A few weeks later for my cleaning when the girl was done she looked up from the computer screen and said "Your insurance coveres fluoride treatment, would I like it done?" I thought since it was covered I would get it done but I would have never had it done if I knew I had to pay for it. I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS PRACTICE AGAIN AND NEITHER WILL MY CHILDREN.
