I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. Whenever I have a question, even if it's very basic, they always make me schedule an appointment, which is extremely frustrating. I have already warned everyone I know not to go here. See a different dentist unless you want a horrible experience. They didn't show any sort of attention to detail, which I think is very important. I was afraid they were going to miss or forget something important. All the equipment at this office seems very safe and current. Everything looks well taken care of and fairly new. My crown fell out on a Friday evening and I had to wait until Monday morning ot speak to someone. They could'nt even get me in until Thursday to take a look at it. I used an over the counter filler kit to get me by until then. When I got there Thursday, they took a few Xrays and said they could get an appointment for me to fill the crown back in- in 45 days!!! They wouldn't put a temp. crown in because they said the one I had put in was good enough- the temp i put in crumbles away after every meal. The staff is also uncaring- only concerned with selling you the most expensive solutions, even when I made it very clear that I was on a tight budget and did not want anything expensive and cosmetic. I will instead travel and hour and a half to my old dentist, who has already scheduled EVERYTHING to be completed before Circle Drive even can get me in. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY WITH THESE GUYS!!!
