They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. I love that they never over-treat my child, and only do procedures that are needed. I've heard of some doctors that will prescribe expensive tests for everything, but they've never done that here. When we walked into the examining room, I was so happy to see that they had taken the time to make the examining rooms bright and child-friendly. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here.
