The Neurologist is very friendly helpful and very clear at explaining things to his patients. I really like this Neurologist. However his office staff SUCKS!!! they are very unprofessional and unorganized!!! I was given an appointment and sit in the waiting room for over an hour before I was told I couldn't be seen. I have stood at the window checking in for my appt. and was ignored and not acknowledged while they sat and talked to one another. I have been left on hold for long periods of time when I called. I DON'T LIKE THE STAFF and that plays a big part of the office.
