Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. Let me just say that the chairs in their waiting room are quite comfortable. Its nice that they care about patient comfort. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for.

Not at all, they always make an extra effort to make sure I'm comfortable
Did this dentist offer you anesthetic when appropriate?
Definitely! They paused every few minutes to make sure I was comfortable
Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne?
No, they didn't wear any cologne
Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns?
Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had
