I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment. They were running really behind and I was disappointed because it threw off the rest of my day. The staff was extremely warm and welcoming, and made every effort to make me feel right at home. They are so friendly and inviting. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. They needed to pay a little more attention to detail, to make sure they didn't make any mistakes. I could tell their entire attention wasn't focused on me.
