I like to keep records of everything I spend, so I was planning on asking them for an invoice for my procedure, but they gave me one before I even had to ask. I was impressed with their professionalism. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. It was very noticeable that they practiced good oral hygiene themselves. If it wasn't obvious I probably would've doubted that they were any good, but I could tell right away. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time.

Absolutely not. I even asked for an explanation and was ignored

Definitely not. They were unaware of my situation, even though they had my information

Not at all, I feel like they're constantly ready to give up on me
