Stay away from them at all costs!. They promise you ANYTHING to get you to sign the contract. Some of the appointments they schedule are for "examinations" but really all they do is try to sell you more expensive services. They had the nerve to try and sell us one that was only to make things easier for the Orthodontist!! It did nothing to improve my child's care or results. Unbelievable! And dont believe them when you ask about appointments. We were PROMISED that long appointments (hour long or more) could be scheduled AFTER school, but then after you are on contract, they REFUSE and make you take your kid out of school. High school kids cant miss hours of school, its too competitive! We asked politely for them to reconsider that policy and not only did they REFUSE! They kicked us out of the practice. Now we have to recover money we ALREADY PAID them and find a new Orthodontist. They make their living off KIDS. Not respecting the needs of KIDS is selfish and unacceptable. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS. They LIE, MANIPULATE and are INFLEXIBLE!!!! !!!! I did not feel safe at all in their care. I definitely had doubts about their qualifications. They consistently dismiss my concerns and accuse me of making problems up. I don't trust them to ever actually look into my concerns and see if they're valid.

Very hi-tech, gorgeous clean office with very nice staff and doctors. I have 2 children in treatment with them and I couldn't be happier with the care!
