I regret to announce that for a variety of reasons I have decided to close my office practice. The last date of appointments will be November 30, 2012. For ongoing care I am suggesting Boston Obstetrics and Gynecology LLC – a group practice at One Brookline Place, Suite 423, Brookline, MA 02445, 617-566-1535. They are associated with Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital. Or you could ask your primary care physician for names of other gynecologists.

If you would like your medical record, please arrange a date to pick it up with my medical assistant Shelia before December 31, when we will be vacating suite 7-A at 1180 Beacon St. Contact her several days in advance by e-mail at womansmd@yahoo.com or call 617-734-7600. I strongly recommend you obtain your own records, rather than ask us to forward them to another provider. From experience we have learned that mailing and faxing to a third party can be quite unreliable, and you will also be able to make copies for providers you might have in the future.
