I just visited this Dr's office yesterday for a removed of the #2 molar. I was highly nervous and they was totally prepared to relax and make me as comfortable as possible including offering laughing gas. The front desk staff was acceptable. I did however have a long wait. BUT I was called a week early and offered to come in earlier so this could have been the cause. I was explained exactly what would be done and even shown some of the equipment to be used. The Dr. I had was Dr. J.T. Muller. He was amazing talking me through every step of the operation explaining what i'd feel or hear. I sat in the chair about 30 mins before even getting numbed but this was fine due to the fact one of the staff stayed in room and talked to me whole time to make me comfortable. NO ONE wants to be in that chair let me tell you, but they made me as comfortable as possible. It was NOT a wam bam thank you mam. Very good at spending proper time explaining and comforting. Miner soreness afterwards but to be expected. Will ONLY use this doctor for any oral surgery now. GOOD JOB Konza Oral & Maxillofacial surgery. Rest assured if your going here. your in amazing caring hands!
