They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members.
