Every time I come in for an appointment, and throughout the appointment, I'm always having to remind them who I am and what my circumstances are. It's very frustrating. I don't feel like I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. They always seem like they're going to give up on me. I was given a brief greeting when I walked through the door, but no one made any sort of effort to help me. I felt ignored. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. Dr Dooley was very cold and showed no compassion. She had a horrible disposition I felt like I was nothing to her. I was having a miscarriage and she also treated me at the hospital. She also told me to come in for a follow up test that was necessary to make sure I was okay after the miscarriage . When I came for the follow up she, said that she had never told me that. My husband and the nurse heard her say it. I don't know if she was just racist or having a bad month but whatever the reason she was absolutely horrible and I would never recommend her, not even to my worst and hated enemy.
