I was given a brief greeting when I walked through the door, but no one made any sort of effort to help me. I felt ignored. They were late a few times to my appointments. I wish they had made more of an effort to be on time. One thing that I don't appreciate, is that they close exactly at their scheduled time whether someone needs help or not. I can't count on them to help me if I show up even a couple of minutes past their closing time. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. They were cold and unwelcoming here. I felt extremely uncomfortable the entire appointment.
