They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. I didn't experience any pain during my teeth cleaning. They are always very careful and gentle. I usually have the same Hygenist and she is great. Every service I get done is with the utmost professionalism and the whole staff are just great people.Dr Joe is the best Dentist I have had in my 54 years. He did my veneers and they changed my life. I have been seeing him about 10 yrs I think or close to it . I hope I can continue to use Higgins Dental for many years. My husband and 2 sons have also used Higgins Dental and they too are very pleased.

It was really loud in their office and it made the experience that much more stressful. They need to move to a quieter location. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. When I heard from a few other dentists to avoid Higgins Dental Group I knew that I should steer clear. They didn't have a good reputation at all with all the other dentists I've talked to.
