I had a tooth extraction at the neighboring dentist office (Affordable Dentistry) and then a dry socket. Since Affordable was closed for the entire week for the holiday i had to call The Dental Group. They didn't listen to me regarding the amount of pain i was in due to the dry socket and blamed the cause of the socket on me even though i followed the instructions i found on the internet. The Affordable Dentistry office did not give me any after care instructions at all. I went in and Dr. O'malley packed it and said that was all that was needed. A few hours later the packing fell out and i was in horrible pain so i called back and they said i needed to go see an oral surgeon. I told them i could not afford to go to a surgeon and that another dentist said it just needed to be packed again. Dr. O'Malley reluctantly saw me again but he walked in and said "lets look at this" packed it again and then walked out. In my opinion it was extremely rude. A few hours later the packing fell out again. Finally i called a different dentist and they would see me and said that what Dr. O'Malley did was completely wrong and unprofessional.

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was easy enough to find. They are very nice about letting me know what the out the door charges will be and once let me carry a balance forward after an emergency,
