My experience with this dental office was not good. From the front desk lady (Rachel), she is very rude and condescending. Additional to that, the practice is not equipped to provide general dental services such as an extraction. There is a oral surgeon that comes into the office twice per month and that is the only way you can get an extraction. I would not recommend Gentle Dentistry to anyone.

I have spent over $7,000 on dental work for my wife and I. A year later my "New" bridge is cracked. It took three tries for Dr. Bass to get it right, and now after only a year it is cracked. Oh, by the way, she got her $1,800 within the first 30 days!

After three years and $6,000 my wife still does not have her bridges and crowns. She has attempted several times and each time Dr. Bass has been unable to get it right. Again, Dr. Bass had her $6,000 within the first 30 days. We are now looking for a good dentist and an attorney. You are taking your chances here, be warned!
