Their staff wasn't understanding or helpful at all. It seemed like they were going out of their way to ignore me. I couldn't believe how rude and impolite they were. They weren't friendly at all. They could work on improving their level of customer service here. It wasn't the worst that I have seen, but overall I left unimpressed. I didn't feel safe at all in their care. They had absolutely no idea what they were doing. since my husband had his surgery with him his came down with c diff had 4 blood transfusin almost died twice been in and out of the hospital since the surgery different doctors have found old blood in his stomach from the surgery now they found a.a.a. which is 4 inch long , and a hernia...what the hell did this man do to my husband cause he has not be right ever since mandelbaum did his surgery on him....not pleased at all and he was rude when my daughter asked him was her daddy going to die and all he said was welll you got to take consideration of his age and his hardin of the arteries and he walked away very unprofessional
