They are WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked and not always that pleasant. I've never been in there when the waiting rooms weren't packed with a bunch of very aggravated people. They seem to be more concerned about quantity of business over quality. They left me completely alone for a long time and I became very nervous. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. A couple of times they've stayed open a few minutes past their closing time to help me, but most of the time they'll close at their scheduled time whether someone needs help or not.

Extremely comfortable; I could have fallen asleep
