They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one.

I had to wait quite a while for my appointment. I was very disappointed. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times.
