They always try to get me in as soon as possible. I can always get an appointment in a reasonable time frame, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. Dr Treadwell is very gentle and calm and chatted with my daughter - who is 3 - at our last visit and let her look at/ play with her stethoscope! She is a very knowledgeable doc -- diagnosed my daughter's eczema right away, and explained that it looks different on different people. (Which explains why our old pediatrician mis-diagnosed it as yeast & mis-treated w/ Lotrimin which just made it worse, when she first broke out in a horrible rash at 3 months old, & also why my wonderful (adult) dermatologist guessed it was eczema but referred us to Dr Treadwell.) She explained all the risks and benefits of our treatment options. All my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. Dr T always listens to every question or concern I may have --I would probably not be as nice and attentive to me. I didn't have to wait very long, and the waiting room was comfortable. Staff is very friendly.
