The doctor spends a lot of time talking to you to determine root cause of the problems. Meanwhile the nurse takes notes, pulls up test results on the computer and handles all the paperwork so you have the doctors full attention, but also have all the information at the doctors fingertips. Excellent way to do run a practice.
