Very convenient, very accommodating, I have always gotten in when I needed to. Dr Haque is fantastic with the kids, very respectful of the parents, and spends the time needed to address any concerns. The nursing staff is very friendly and has great bedside manner. Most of the office staff is great but can get cranky on busier days and don't always understand insurance plans completely and I have been double billed several times, always corrected, but kind of a pain.

The equipment desperately needs to be updated. It looks like it has been decades since they upgraded their office. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. One thing I like about them, is that they always have at least one doctor or nurse practitioner as back-up support for when the pediatrician gets sick or is unavailable. I know someone will always be able to take care of my child. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want.
