I have been a patient here for over 15 years. Everyone is very friendly and accommodating. The ease of leaving messages and promptness of returned calls is great. I do prefer the Evergreen Park office over Oak Lawn. Evergreen is not as congested. While I do give Dr. Dragisic and his staff 5 stars, the office manager Debbie is far from pleasant to speak to. She is often very rude when speaking to patients. Several years ago she actually waited outside of the restroom to speak to me about a balance due. I found that to be very unprofessional and disrespectful. Everyone else at this medical office, including Dr. Dragisic is wonderful. I have referred some friends who now go there as well.

The chairs in their waiting room were definitely above average. I was comfortable. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of.
