I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately.

The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. Not only were they able to answer all of my questions about immunizations, they gave me a lot of information that I wasn't aware of. I was amazed how much they knew. I love that whenever my child is sick, they get them in right away. I never have to worry that my child will have to suffer while waiting for an appointment. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years.
