They knocked before entering the exam room, and even waited for me to reply that I was ready before entering. They really respected my privacy. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something.

I wasn't pressured at all to use any particular medications or birth controls. They answered all my questions and gave me their honest opinion on what would work for me and what wouldn't. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it.
