First of all, this site is horrible for reviews. My three year old could have submitted a review through this site that would have appeared as if an adult had done it. I don't need a robotic script to be written for me. Regardless, Dr Desai was polite and kind, but not very interested or thorough. The receptionist was rude and barely made eye contact. She gave me paperwork and quickly returned to gossiping about other employees while ignoring my questions. When the nurse called me back, she called three other people as well. She lined us up in the hallway and aske all of us for our height instead of measuring. She weighed us(the scale read 10 lbs higher thanmy digital scale at home.) and sent us to our rooms. Once she finiished checking me in, she left the room and I could very clearly hear her and another nurse making jokes about my appearance. How childish.
The Doctor made a quick assumption based on a single symptom and gave me free samples based on that assumption. While he did send me to the "lab" (a cluttered room down the hall, where a tech was on facebook), the lab had a photocopied credentials from another establishment 30 miles away on the wall. I was sent to the building's main restroom to submit a urine sample. The cups were scattered in a tupperware drawer on the floor. There was a pen inside the drawer as well. It was not clean and a little disturbing.

All in all, only the receptionist was rude. However, because the average age of patients seemed to be 60ish, it seemed as though the office was used to shuffling patients in, prescribing medicine, and shuffling them out. This was my first visit and I was not particularly impressed. I will give them another chance, but I am skeptical.

I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question.
