First off Dr. Northup is great. His staff, however, is disorganized and I frankly don't think they know what they are doing half the time.
I had an appointment, their office made for me, as a follow-up to a procedure I had done.
First let me note that prior to the procedure I needed a prescription. I got one prescription and was told the other would be sent in when they set the date for my procedure. The called about the date, said everything was good to go, but when I went to my pharmacy to get the prescription it hadn't been sent in. I called the office and the person I talked to said it should have been sent in when the first one was. Strike one.
The procedure went fine and again, no complaints about the doctor. I showed up for my appointment and the first thing they asked was if I was there to reschedule since I hadn't had the procedure. I told them I had it 4 weeks ago.
They said they didn't have a record of that. They then told me they had to call the hospital where it was actually performed to have them fax it over and it would be a few minutes. Shouldn't they have already done that since it was them that set the follow-up appointment?
Anyway, 45 minutes later the nurse told me they didn't have it so would I like to reschedule another office visit (so they could charge me again), or wait. I asked what they were going to tell me different from a-okay from the hospital after the procedure, and she said nothing different. I asked if I could get the results emailed to me. She said she would call. Strike two.

It has been two days and no call, and I really don't expect one. Strike three. I will not be going back.
