I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them.

Dr. Swartz is, without a doubt, the best doctor I have ever been to in my life. I wish he could be my primary care pysician! After going to Coastal Pain center for 4+ epidurals for my herniated disc with no improvement, I sought out Dr. Swartz. I got an appointment immediately, and after our first consultation he slipped me into a slot in the surgery center for an epidural IN JUST TWO HOURS. In ONE injection I was improved by 50%! For the first time in 5 months I could sit in a chair, and was able to drive again. I wasted 5 months before I found Dr. Swartz and that was a huge waste of my life.

If you ever need pain relief, I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Sidney Swartz . He is thorough, efficient, a very nice guy - and above all - he will know who you are and your treatment history every time!

Unlike some other pain management places, who get you mixed up with other patients and schedule you for procedures you've already had. Beware of Coastal Pain Managment!
