The Ron who complained about the dogs needs to get a life. Dogs are used for therapy everywhere because they have more patience than this complainer. I have found the staff extremely helpful and the dogs a pleasure to have around. Doc Reintsema knows his business and practices it well.

His care and diagnosis was adequate given that I told him in advance the conditions I was suffering from. He kept dogs in his office and they stink. The staff was not friendly and made no effort to make me feel welcome or accommodate my scheduling needs. I was treated terribly. On several occaisions staff was confrontational and nasty. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. He was qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that he had been doing his job well for quite a while, but lacked support from his staff. Dr. spent more time telling stories and consulting _his stop-watch than tending to me. I am glad I am rid of him.
