The office staff is obnoxious. They took in a few patients before me. When I called to schedule the appointment, the rude receptionist didnt even let me ask for directions. It seemed like she was having a bad day and took it out on the next person who called in. They briefly listened to me, but quickly downplayed everything I said or stopped paying attention. I was shocked when they dismissed my concerns as unimportant and told me I was just overreacting. I knew that my situation needed attention, and I couldn't believe that they wouldn't even look into it. It takes them forever to get back to me. I never get my questions answered within a reasonable time period.
