They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. I found the office, but only because I had simple, very clear directions. I wish it had been easier to locate. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here.
