My complain is not with the doctors.The doctors in Bay side pediatric are very nice and professional. Except Dr. Samper, who one time gave me a very rude call back.Iam very angry with the clinic's organization and the incompetent desk's girls. The last time that I was there with my daughter, I had to wait in the waiting room an hour and a half. While I was waiting my daughter had fever and a strong pain in her ears. It is important to mention that my daughter sometimes has seisures due to high fever. They knew it but still were making me wait. I was very, very angry and fustrated , I told the girl that my dauthger had fever and she could start convulsing at any time, but they didn't care. She told me that the Dr. Pinzon was in a meeting. Finally, I decided to go to Dr.pinzon's office and complain to him. He was talking with a patient's father, "some meeting". After that, Dr. Pinzon finally saw my daughter. After all these oddisey, they gave me the wrong prescriptions. No more, after four years going there with my daughter, I decided to change to another pediatrician.

They barely had any magazines to choose from, and the ones that were available weren't very interesting. I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special.
