I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. They always return my phone calls right away. I've never had to wait more than 24 hours. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. As a ttransgender i felt very happy for the surgery i had with this doctor an look forward to comeing back in the near future very soon.
