My appointments get canceled here a lot. I usually just go to someone else in the area because I can't count on them ever. I was horrified at how badly they treated their staff members. I felt so bad for all of them. It made me lose a lot of respect for them. I had a hard time bearing the cologne they were wearing, it didn't smell very good at all. It wasn't the worst I've ever smelled, but it definitely wasn't the best. I was completely distressed during my appointment. I was unable to relax and ended up having to leave.
