The staff is very rude, they don't care if you have answers. They treat you like you have no business asking them anything. They never answer there phone when called, they do not treat you like your issues matter more money matters. Since I am self pay they don't go out of there way to be helpful or nice, half the time I leave in tears. The doctors could care less if you feel you have gotten answers to anything, they seem to think you lie to them and make you feel stupid, or foolish for feeling bad. Worst thing they scream in your face and give you meds with no explanation of what it does or could do as in side effects. I have spent over 2 hours just waiting on blood pressure check. I feel sicker now then when I started going even with an issue that should be check they can't be bothered. I always thought doctors where suppose to care, be kind give care but if you go here you will get nothing but dismissed, yelled at and ignored!
