Not only were my questions answered thoroughly, I was encouraged to ask as many as I could. There was no rush to get me out and I left feeling very educated and informed.
Dr. Joe, as he is called, for ease of pronunciation :). is kind, smart, experienced and patient. He takes extra time for you if you need it. I have numerous medical issues and it was the first time I saw him. He took extra time to get to know me and my problems. He asked ME what my thoughts were about the current probblem, didn't just go by what he thought. I've recommended him to friends and family and would not hesitate to do so again.
I've gone to some places that were very poorly/understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back.

Dr. Franceschina is very current and well versed in his medical knowledge. he has a handle on alternative modes of medical care; and is willing to discuss all options with you. He is very efficient with the visit tme but never rushed.The office staff is professional and attentive to your concerns.
