Heidy , the office manager was excellent and is the only shinning star in the office. However, the front desk staff is highly unprofessional and Dr. John Adams did not take my concerns regarding my father’s ailments seriously and I felt humiliated during the office visit, as he made it clear that I was overacting. He was frankly condescending. My 84-year old father is in my care and he should have acknowledged that I am an advocate for my father’s health, Dr. Adams should be working with me rather than against me.

Dr. Adams was fine, pleasant experience. Office staff sucks!!! Left me on hold for 30 minutes. No call back on lab results for 3 weeks! I am changing PCP.
