The staff here was rude and unwelcoming. Totally not a family environment at all. The staff is lucky they can function. They schedule appointments and then do not call you to tell you it's been canceled. I have not been able to see this doctor in a year now because they keep cancelling my appointments. I do work and cannot take time off for no appointment! The staff makes no effort to make me feel special. I don't think they care if I see th doctor or not. I noticed this business was handicap-accessible, but not the waiting area. Patients in wheel chairs have a hard time getting through the maise of chairs. The doctor is wonderful, I felt I could talk to him concerning anything, that is, when I can get a visit. There should be a law against hindering people from seeing their doctor. What if I really were very sick, and not able to see the doctor when I needed to! I do pay insurance. The office personel are like Gustopo except stupider.
