The chairs they had in the waiting room were pretty high quality. I thought they were nice and comfortable. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I wouldn't think twice about sending my friends and family here. They are very good at what they do.

Honestly I have never complained about anyone or any professional group in my life. This would be the first. I am a professional engineer. I asked Dr. Prosser to check certain STD's for me and since I don't like getting blood withdrawn we were going to do it all in one "stick" (meaning they would only have to draw blood once). Dr. Prosser responded without making any eye contact that he would. In fact, he repeated to me what he was going to do. When I returned to review the lab results, he had only checked for one STD, which made the entire visit obsolete. I mentioned that this was incomplete work as to what we agreed on him checking. He would not admit to his mistake at all, nor apologize. Instead, he insulted my intelligence and walked away. I had to track him down to conclude our meeting, which is unprofessional on his part. It was like following an adolescent around (even though he is old and should know better). His partner doctor, Dr. Piety, walked up to me to discuss the situation since Dr. Prosser obviously hid. Dr. Piety insulted my intelligence several times and tried to blame me for their failure. This doctor, Dr. Piety, actually discussed my medical situation in public while degrading me. He said things like quote-unquote "Why are you even getting checked for STD's anyway, are you planning on having sex?" and "Why are you even getting checked in the first place?". He said these things publicly and humiliated me. This was while he was insulting my intelligence and yelling this in a rude manner. These two doctors are extremely arrogant and do NOT give the patient the time of day to listen to their medical problems or requests and can not complete a very serious task. They finally said "we'll just get more blood and run another test". All this means is that the doctors will have to put me through pain again and get paid more money in the process. Doctors Dr. Piety and Dr. Prosser are a discrace to America and should not be practicing. I will take this word to court. Doctors usually believe they are above the common people because they make more money. Well I'm an engineer and will take this claim to court if need be. My comments are 100% true and accurate and I have witnesses. This is NOT a fraudulent review. I'm still being charged for this failed and incompleted task by Dr. Prosser.
