I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. What I liked was how friendly the doctor and staff were here. I felt welcomed and think I will be returning.
