They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. While waiting for my appointment I noted that they definitely care about patient comfort because they have the best waiting room chairs I've ever seen. I could have easily taken a quick nap while waiting for my appointment. I got every single question I had answered during my visit. They gave me so much information that I feel like an expert on my condition!
