If you have any problems with the anesthesia part of your hospital service provided by Anesthesia and Pain Management Associates have it documented in your chart. I had problems with their services, and disputed the charges. I was told too bad because we didn't have anything documented in the chart. I asked to speak to the person in charge of making these decisions, Mark Brown, and after six weeks he called once. I was in a meeting at work, and could not answer my phone. He said he would call back, and never did. It was a learning experience for me, and I will know how to handle similar situations in the future. Learn from my mistake.
